Upcoming CrossFit On Ramp Class:
May 5th, 2018 from 1030-1230 with the FTCF Crew!!! Check in is at 1015!

At Fight Tonight CrossFit, we strongly believe in the importance of our athletes first learning the proper form of the CrossFit movements then demonstrating consistency in the correct execution of those techniques before progressing to ramping up the intensity. For this reason, we require all new members to complete the On Ramp class. The On Ramp classes teach movements for optimal safety and performance in the CrossFit program.

Fundamentals Options

Our On Ramp classes occur monthly and sometimes on an on-demand basis.   Effective 1 October 2013, Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and the Directorate of Family Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) will charge the one-time fee of $10 to attend the On Ramp class.  Please pay at the front desk of Collier Community Fitness Center (cash only, no won or debit/credit cards) and bring your receipt to the On Ramp Class.

Option 1: On Ramp class (Saturday session). Approximately 2.5 hours of hands-on coaching and movement from 1030-1230.

Option 2: Test-in. If you’re new to our affiliate but not new to CrossFit,  you have the option to Test-in. If you pass then you can sign up for a membership. You must be able to demonstrate a variety of skills with the proper form. This test is not necessary if you’ve trained under one of our coaches previously. This test is typically for those that have trained extensively at another affiliate.

Upon completion of the On Ramp process, you are welcome to attend any of our regular classes.

To enroll in our On Ramp class, complete the form below, and one of our coaches will contact you. Your participation in the On Ramp is certainly not a binding agreement. We just need to gauge how many coaches are needed to adequately administer an On Ramp course. We can’t wait to help you get more fit!
