Will has been with Fight Tonight CrossFit since December 2013 when he first
moved here to Yongsan. He was a fitness enthusiast for the past 15 years. He
also has a background in Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He was first
introduced to CrossFit in 2008 while he was in ROTC, but didn’t formally
join a box until 2013.
Before, joining his first box, CrossFit Koncepts in Gaithersburg, Maryland, he was reintroduced to CrossFit by gaining his L1 Trainer Certification first in June 2013. His first experience as a trainer was with Fight Tonight CrossFit, covering down as needed when his work schedule allowed it and assisting with the monthly fundamentals class. He
made the greatest strength and speed gains in the past year during his time
with Fight Tonight CrossFit.
Notable achievements during his time with Fight Tonight was winning the Sentinel Spartan Boot Camp Challenge, placing first in the Osan Super Showdown scaled division, 17th in the 2015 Asia Championships Korea Throwdown, and being in the Top 100 in the Asia Region in 2015.
He is a Captain in the U.S. Army and is an Army Nurse at BAACH/121 CSH on
Yongsan. Will also attained his Gymnastics, Endurance, and Kettlebell Certifications while here in Korea. Will plans on competing more and leading more classes for FTCF.
