Jon Andersen

jon-tI have been doing CrossFit for five years and love the community aspect most of all.  Over the past two years I have had the opportunity to Coach at CrossFit Arifjan and Huntsville Al. before coming to Fight Tonight CrossFit.  I like to say that I am a better coach than an athlete, although I am working on developing myself as a better athlete as well.  My training philosophy is ‘form and function’ over ‘speed and time’, knowing that as one perfects the form and understands the function of the movement, speed will increase and time will decrease, until a new variable is added, like more weight or next level of progression in movements.
