Brian’s Overhead Squat!

I’m a CrossFit Level One Trainer (CF-L1), CrossFit Basic and Advanced Gymnastics Trainer, and CrossFit Mobility Trainer. I was first introduced to CrossFit in October 2009, while forward-deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and have never looked back.

I love CrossFit’s strong community and endless opportunities for self-improvement. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, and with every new skill comes the opportunity to excel and exceed past limitations.

As a coach, I strive to use my knowledge and expertise to develop athletes of all skill levels toward reaching their fitness goals in a safe and effective environment. I have a passion for coaching athletes and identifying their strengths and paths to success. Helping you reach your next skill is my reward.
