From Chicago Illinois, Kyle has lived his whole life around sports and fitness. Played baseball and basketball throughout his school years and even dabbled in football, track, and soccer.
Kyle was first introduced to CrossFit in 2010 during his second deployment in Afghanistan and never looked back.

Kyle’s love for CrossFit lead him to be the founder of the “Sand Box Doha” where he was the head coach 2014-2105. He was also the Advanced Coach at CrossFit Fort Eustis 2015-2016 and has joined our Fight Tonight Team in 2017
