Fight Tonight CrossFit is situated in the heart of Seoul, Korea and located at US Army Garrison – Yongsan’s Collier Community Fitness Center.
Who we are.
Our namesake was inspired by the “Fight Tonight” motto of the US Armed Forces in Korea and intends to embody the fighting spirit of the brave men and women of the US military and other agencies who have put themselves on the line to preserve stability and security on the Korean peninsula.
Fight Tonight CrossFit is a military non-profit fitness community located within the thriving Northeast Asian city of Seoul, Korea. We offer group coaching via the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Our natural, primal movements largely influence the movements we perform in our workouts. Challenges in life can be unforeseeable, especially for our US Armed Forces in Korea who must be prepared for the unknown and unknowable. We train for this by keeping our workouts broad and constantly varied, infusing multiple functional movements performed at a high intensity.
What we do.
So what does that mean? It means that at Fight Tonight CrossFit you will not be jumping onto ellipticals and weight machines. Instead you will find working out with pull up bars, kettle bells and barbells in combination with squatting, running, jumping, rowing, and lifting – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. All of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sports. These functional movements are necessary and common in your daily activities regardless of your background.
It also means that you will never get bored. With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice in any 6 month period. You’ll never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you (WOD – Workout of the Day) that is scaleable to your fitness level. Because our sessions are rarely longer than 60 minutes, they can fit easily into even the busiest of schedules.
At Fight Tonight CrossFit, we don’t train to specialize. Rather our fitness program is designed to improve your capacity across ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive fitness and restored vitality.

Our community at Fight Tonight CrossFit is diverse. Yes, of course, at USAG-Yongsan it includes members of our military and elite war-fighting units. But we also enjoy the membership of full-time moms, State Department Foreign Service Officers, business executives, defense consultants, and educators. Regardless of your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at Fight Tonight CrossFit.
