150 Thrusters 95/65
Buy in with 5 syncro burpees
1 Athlete will perform as many thrusters as possible while the other 2 athletes rest. Once the bar hits the ground the group will again complete 5 syncro burpees and the next athlete will complete as many thrusters ap possible as the other 2 athletes rest. Repeat untill 150 Thursters have been completed.
