We are excited to officially introduce Michelle Nelson as the newest member of the Fight Tonight coaching team!  She has been a long-time athlete and will be a great addition to our group.

Athletes,
We will be putting some time limits on our strength work in the coming weeks, which means you need to show up to class ready to listen to your coach so that we can move through the entire class timely and safely.  Looking forward to seeing how this new strength program works for us!

If you missed your 1RM Clean during test week you can do that today. Otherwise
SWOD:
In 10 mins find 2 rep max of the following complex:
2 Hi-Hang Cleans 2 Push Jerks
Then
In 7 mins find max weight, weighted pull-up

WOD:
AMRAP 12
15 Hang Power Cleans 155/105
12 Ab mat sit-ups
