171107- 1 RM Back Squat!

We had an impressive number of PR’s on the Clean yesterday! Let’s keep that momentum going on back squats today.  When in doubt the answer is always “More Squats!”

Same as yesterday, this primer is quick and dirty allowing you plenty of time to focus on your lifts.  Rest 2-3 minutes that weight starts to get heavy.

Primer AMRAP 10
16 KBS- light(er) pick weight
10 Burpees
8 Pull-ups

WOD:

1 RM Back Squat!
