Athletes, we have just been informed that the inside of Collier will be closed on the 6th and 7th. The access will be similar to the NEO so plan extra time for parking the next few days. Unless it is raining class will be outside so dress in layers, in the event of extreme cold we will have to cancel class.
Today starts our 1 Rep Max testing! For some of you, this will be a chance to see how much you have improved since the summer, for others this will be a chance to set a baseline to work off of moving forward.
We will start each day with a primer WOD. This is designed to be quick and dirty. Get your heart rate up, move all your joints, and also allow you plenty of time to work on your Clifts. As your weight gets heavy be sure to rest at least 2 minutes 3 is better before moving up and attempting a PR.
