Some of you may have already met our newest coach, coach Kyle for those of you that have not, please welcome him to our team!

From Chicago Illinois, Kyle has lived his whole life around sports and fitness. Played baseball and basketball throughout his school years and even dabbled in football, track, and soccer.
Kyle was first introduced to CrossFit in 2010 during his second deployment in Afghanistan and never looked back.
Kyle has a long list of personal achievements to include:
Half Marathon Row
2nd in The Qatar Triathlon Super Sprint
10,000 meter swim to Dubai challenge
Marine Corps Marathon 2014
Founded “Sand Box Doha” and head coach 2014-2105.
Advanced Coach at CrossFit Fort Eustis 2015-2016.
Coaching at Fight Tonight CrossFit Present.

What Kyle Loves the most about CrossFit, is taking ordinary people, and helping them achieve what they never thought was possible. “All I want to do is make people feel confident in themselves and confident in what they are able to do”.
