Today will need to be timed on your own so bring a watch, phone, sun dial..whatever you need to time each one of your sprints.

10 Parellette Shoot-Thru
10 Lateral Parellette jumps
20 ab mat sit-ups

 

WOD: Each sprint for time
8 x 200m Sprints
