Athletes, Today we bring you 2 WODS.  1 Skill WOD and 1 Strength WOD, because it’s the middle of the week and we could all use a 2 a day to get us through the week amiright?!

SWOD:

20 DU or attempts, NO SINGLES – You will never get them if you don’t whip yourself trying and eventually, you will get tired of whipping yourself
5 Handstand Push Up
6 Alternating Pistols

WOD:
AMRAP 9-
6 Strict Pull-Ups
9 Front Squats (135/95)
