-Broad Jump as long as possible
-3 pull-ups as slow as possible (sub negatives or ring rows)
-Max set of strict handstand push-ups
Rest as needed between attempts

Against a 5min clock
500m Row
50 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Max Rep Burpees
*score is number of burpees
Rest 5min and repeat for a total of 2 sets
