This EMOM by design is a sprint.  The thrusters should be light enough that you can rep out 5/6, finish the sprint and have time to rest.  If you are running out of time to rest lower the weight or cut a rep but keep the same intensity.

SWOD:
Bench Press
work up to 80% 1rm then do 3X3

WOD:
EMOM 8
5 DB thrusters (50/35)
Sprint 25 M out and back
-Rest 3 mins-
EMOM 6
6 DB thrusters 50/35
Sprint 25 M out and back
