Athletes, Your skill today is to practice Muscle up drills. If you do not have muscle ups this day was made for you! If you do have muscle ups today is your day to refine them and make them as pretty as Kevin’s. Your coaches have several variations of skills and drills to help you get this elusive movement. We can work on everything from how to get into a false grip, to various drills on the rings with your feet on the ground, jumping ring muscle-ups, jumping bar muscle-ups, and more! Talk to your coach about where you are stuck and let them show you a new skill to take you to the next level.
