Athletes, today we finish up with our last 2 lifts, you did it! You made it through testing your strength on all of the major lifts. We will use these numbers in our new strength cycle to help continue your gains. If you did not have a chance to find a 1RM don’t worry over this next month you will have time while the other athletes are lifting to find your missing 1RMs just let your coach know what lifts you are missing.
