Athletes, On these front squats today your goal is to add weight after every set so you are finishing on a fairly heavy set of 10 sets of 2 reps. Your first few sets should go pretty quick, once you get into the 6 sets of 6 reps you should be slowing down a bit. Be sure to take rest before adding weight and moving on when the weight starts to get heavy.
