Athletes, During your Strength WOD today get comfortable being uncomfortable. If you are uncomfortable in the bottom of a snatch consider staying there for 3-5 seconds of each rep.

SWOD:
Snatch Balance
Find a heavy set of 5 then do 3X5 at that weight

WOD:
3 Rounds
1 min of Wall Ball (20/14)
1 min of Kettlebell SDHP (24/16 kg)
1 min of Burpees
1 min Rest
