3 Rounds not for time:
*All sets should be so heavy that you don’t know if you can do all 10 reps, add weight each round if needed*
10 bent over barbell row
10 reverse dumbbell fly
10 single arm dumbbell row

EMOM 20 mins
Odd Min- 7 Deadlifts @ 75%
Even Min-10 Box Jumps 24/20
*You should have time to rest each min. Get through the deadlifts and rest until the next min and then get through the box jumps and rest until the deadlifts start…*
