Reminder: Registration for The MURPH challenge is open. The site is separate from FTCF and separate from CrossFit, please order on your own if you are interested. You do not need a shirt to participate. We will be hosting MURPH on May 20th at 8 AM. You can register here if you want a shirt here

Split Jerk
Work up to a heavy set of 3 and then do:
5X3
Add weight and perform
4X2
Add weight after every single
1-1-1-1

WOD:
2 Rounds of
40 wall Ball 20/14
20 Box Jump Over 24/20
10 Hand Stand Pushup
