Starting Monday, April 3rd all classes will be 1 hour long.  With this condensed class time it is important that you are on time and proactive in setting up your own equipment for the workout.  We will also be experimenting with a new schedule to accommodate our athletes.  This new schedule will be a test for 2 weeks if everyone responds well we will keep it this way, if not we will go back to 1 evening class.

Starting Monday, April 3rd class times are as follows:

M-8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
T-9:00 AM, 6:30 PM
W-8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
TH-9:00 AM, 6:30 PM
F- 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM
Sat- 9:00 AM


Today starts our program to improve our pull-ups and overhead strength. We will be doing some accessory work along with focused skill/strength with the aim of getting our chins over that pull-up bar and our bodies underneath the barbell.
