**NEW CLASS SCHEDULE**

Starting Monday, April 3rd all classes will be 1 hour long. With this condensed class time it is important that you are on time and proactive with setting up your own equipment for the workout.  We will also be experimenting with a new schedule to accommodate our athletes. This new schedule will be a test for 2 weeks if everyone responds well we will keep it this way, if not we will go back to 1 evening class.

Starting Monday, April 3rd class times are as follows:

M-8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
T-9:00 AM, 6:30 PM
W-8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
TH-9:00 AM, 6:30 PM
F- 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM
SAT- 9:00 AM

Today marks the first day of registration if you would like a t-shirt in time for The MURPH challenge.  The site is separate from FTCF and separate from CrossFit, please order on your own if you are interested.  You do not need a shirt to participate. We will be hosting MURPH on May 20th. You can register here if you want a shirt here.

Partner WOD Saturday!  In teams of 2 complete the following:
If partner 2 comes out of the hold partner 1 must stop. Both partners will complete all reps.

Partner WOD
18-15-12 Deadlifts (185/125) and Box Jumps  (24/20)
** 1 Partner works, while partner 2 does Plank Hold **
-Then-
18-15-12 Weighted Sit Ups and KBS (53/35)
** 1 Partner works, while partner 2 does Squat Hold**
-Then-
18-15-12 Burpees and Goblet Squats (53/35)
** 1 Partner works, while partner 2 does Static Bar Hang **
