Daylight savings happened over the weekend in The States which means 17.4 will be released at 9AM Friday Morning. We will watch the announcement during our warm up and continue to project it throughout class but still want to provide some fitness for those that are looking for a Friday morning WOD
Skill WOD:
Spend 20min working on goals
PARTNER WOD:
One partner works while other partner is in static hold. May split the reps as you would like however each partner must do at least 1 rep of the movement.

17 Burpees (Partner is in a plank hold)
17 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) (Partner hold at top of DL (185/125))
17 Deadlifts (185/125) (Partner hold wall sit)
17 Goblet Squats (Partner hang on pull-up bar)
