170304 & 170305 17.2 JUDGING TIMES

Athletes,

17.2 has been announced!

WORKOUT 17.2
Rx’d (Ages 16-54)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in
12 minutes of: 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans

Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans

Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

M 50-lb. dumbbells F 35-lb. dumbbells

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 35-lb. dumbbells, perform hanging knee-raises / chin-over-bar pull-ups Women use 20-lb. dumbbells, perform hanging knee-raises / chin-over-bar pull-ups

JUDGING TIMES

For safety and space reasons, this workout has to be done outside.  Therefore, we are going to push judging times a little later in the mornings/afternoon as well as become available on Sunday.  I’ve been informed that Monday is suppose to be COLD so if you can come in on the weekend, it would be best!

The workout is only 12min this time! Which means, we should be able to run heats a lot quicker than last weekend.  With that being said, come early to put your name on the whiteboard as it will become first-come-first serve as we roll through the heats.

Should none of these times work for you, please notify us.  Thanks and good luck athletes!

Friday: 5pm-until complete (COACHES AND JUDGES ONLY)
Saturday: 10:30-until complete (hoping to be done around 1pm)
Sunday: 10:30-until complete (hoping to be done around 1pm)
Monday: 0900-until complete and 1630-until complete
