3 Rounds Not For Time:

  • 25ft Handstand Walk (Scales: 15 shoulder taps either on wall/box, 45-60sec handstand holds, or 25ft straight-legged bear crawls)
  • :45sec Hollow Body Hold or 10 Hollow Body to Superman Roll
  • 10 GHD Sit-ups/Sit ups

8 Minute AMRAP of:
50 Double Unders
10 V-Ups
