The CrossFit Open has begun! Once again, we will not be hosting a 0900 class. Instead we will be here to judge your 17.1 workout! Come in around 0900 and sign yourself up on the board and we will run heats as a first-come-first-serve basis. The earlier you are there to put your name on the board, warm-up, the earlier we will be able to run your heat. But stay as long as you can to cheer one another on! It will be a fun-filled day!

Women us 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box
Scaled:
Men use 35-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box; step-ups are ok
Women us 20-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box; step-ups are ok
