Presidents day weekend is approaching. Class times for the weekend are as follows:
Saturday (02/18): 0900 class
Monday (02/20): No 0745am class, only hosting a 0900 class, no evening classes.

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets of each):
Station 1 – L-Seated Dumbbell Press x 8-10 reps
Station 2 – Ab Barbell Rollouts on Knees x 10-12 reps

FIVESOME In teams of 2 complete the following for time:

150 Ab Mat Situps
45 Thrusters (95/65)
45 Pull-ups
30 Power Snatches (135/95)
