Athletes,

Since Monday is a holiday, we will only be hosting a 0900 class. There will be no evening class on Monday, January 16.  Hope to see you Monday at 0900 🙂

For Time:

20 Hanging Bear Complexes (95/65)
1 Complex = 5 Cycles of
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Back Push Press

Partners will alternate after completing a full complex.

If the bar is dropped or set down before all 5 cycles are completed then the complex must be started over.
