We had a wonderful group of athletes join us at fundamentals on Saturday!  They are looking forward to WODing it out with you all, so be sure to welcome and show them around.

I love seeing all the personal CrossFit goals on the board.   Now remember this saying, “Failing to plan is planning to fail.”  What are you going to do to get to that muscle-up, that handstand push, and/or those linked double-unders?  Sure, attending classes consistently may get you there, but think about how much faster you will get to reaching your goal if you spend 10-15min before or after class working on it.  If you don’t have a plan and need help, reach out to a coach!

T-minus 12 days until the release of the Asia Championship Online Qualifier! On the 21st and possibly the 27th, we will plan a small event for athletes who have signed up for the qualifier to complete the workout.
