Athletes,

Happy New Year from your coaches here at Fight Tonight CrossFit!  A majority of you DOMINATED your 2016 goals and it did not go unnoticed.  Your hard work had paid off and is continuing to do so.  Great work athletes!

Now that it is 2017, let’s start setting some new goals, making plans, getting to work, and crushing them.  I am asking for every athlete to come up with three goals that they want to  accomplish in 2017.  And you don’t have to come up with them alone, your Fight Tonight Coaches are here to help!  We will have coaches available 20-15minutes before each class for you to meet with to discuss your goals and come up with a plan of attack if you do not have one.  If you want to request a specific coach to discuss your goals with, then shoot either a message to the coach or contact me at info@fighttonightcrossfit.com and we can arrange a meet-up!

We are going to write these goals down on the whiteboard in the gym so that you can visually see your goals everyday you come to class.  We will also be spending 5-10min at the end of class working to achieve our goals.  If you can not stay late, then I encourage you to come in to work on your goals before class.  Schedule a time you want to work on your skills.  Scheduled tasks get done.  If you want it bad enough, you will find time for it.

So cheers to 2017 and all that it brings! Which we all know will be a year full of GAINZ!
