Alternating between:
10 Dynamic Pushups (Scale: Regular Pushups)
5 Strict Pullups (Big Dawg: Weighted)
10 V-ups (Big Dawg: Weighted)

WOD
Bear Complex
5 rounds 7 reps

-May rest in between rounds, but no dropping the bar in between reps. If you let go of the bar in between reps then the round is terminated.

-Building to a heavy bear complex
