Athletes,

This Thursday is Thanksgiving and there will be no WOD so you can enjoy some turkey!  Then to work off that delicious turkey we have two great Thanksgiving themed WODs on Friday and Saturday.  Stay tuned for more details!

SWOD:
*Take 10min to warm up to 5r DL Wgt. for EMOM
E2MOM for 10M (5sets)
Deadlift 5reps AHAP

WOD:
Three sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Wall Ball Shots
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Push-Ups
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Alternating Reverse Lunges with DBs/KBs (35/25)
Rest 60 seconds
Score = Total Reps
