Athletes,

As a reminder, there will not be a hosted WOD on Saturday, November 19. Instead, I am encouraging FTCF athletes to attend the MWR hosted 5K Turkey Trot to determine what there current 5K time is.  Registration opens at 0800 at Collier gym and the race starts promptly at 0900.

Seoul Survivor, a team competition, is taking place this Friday and Saturday at KBS Sports World.  We have a few FTCF athletes judging and volunteering for the event.  Come on out and cheer some of our local box friends on as the take on a total of 6 different WODs between the two days.  More information here.

Clean Pull – 95% (of cln) x 3 x 2, 100% x 3 x 2

3-Position Clean (floor, below knee, above knee) 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80% (% off of 1RM clean)
