GirlFit is upon us! Since we have 20+ members attending the event, we will not be hosting a 0900 WOD! All the more reason to come support your favorite ladies of FTCF at Reebok Sentinel IFC located in the IFC Mall. Super easy to get to! Take the subway to Yeoido Station and exit out exit 3 to the IFC mall.  Then follow the below directions:
