Athletes,
As a reminder, there are no classes on Saturday (29 October 2016), as we will have a ton of athletes participating in and supporting the GirlFit Competition. We highly encourage everyone to come out and cheer on the Fight Tonight ladies and watch them podium! At the last competition we took home three of six podium spots (1x Team/2x Individual) and are looking to do even better this time around. Additionally, on Monday we will be having a Halloween themed WOD and costume contests with prizes at the morning and evening classes. Stay tuned for more details and start preparing your WOD costumes!
