What a great week for the evening classes! The 1830 seems popular with classes hitting almost 20 athletes. It’s so great to see! I’ve heard lots of great feedback and I’ve also heard your concerns. With ONLY two options in mind, we will poll to see which is the better option for FTCF. Go to our Facebook page and scroll to the post to cast your vote:
Option A: 18:00-19:15ish
Option B: 18:30-19:45ish
**No classes will be added before the designated times (our coaches need to workout too) and THERE WILL NO LONGER BE A 1915 CLASS. Only one class in the evenings.
Veterans Day, Friday, November 9th at 0900 we will be hosting a Veterans Day WOD through WOD For Warriors. Check out our Facebook Event HERE.

VOLUNTEER AND JUDGE OPPORTUNITY!
Seoul Survivor 2016 is looking for judges and volunteers for their main event that is to take place on November 18th and 19th at KBS Sports World here in Seoul. Here is a link to their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/seoulsurvivor2016/?fref=ts
Join the team, and get involved! Did I mention they will provide lunch and swag?! They would prefer volunteers for BOTH days (it is a Friday and Saturday) however, at this point they can’t afford to turn away volunteers. Contact me if you are available to help out either as a volunteer or a judge, along with which days (F/S/BOTH), and I will register us from FTCF as a group.
