It may be beneficial to bring your own timing device for today’s workout.

A. Take 10-15 minutes to build to 85% of 1RM Front Squat then…
B. Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
Front Squat 2-3 reps @ 30X1

5 Rounds For Time
200m Sprint
6 Box Jumps (30/24)
Rest 1 minute between sets

Record the time for each round; your overall time is what you record on the whiteboard.
