For Time:
100 Burpees
100 Dumbbell Ground To Overhead (pick load between partners; AHAP)
100 Box Jump Overs

*May partition reps as you want.  One partner works while other partner is in hold:

Burpees – DB Extended Overhead
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead- Hang from Pullup Bar
Box Jump Overs- Plank
