( if you are not participating in Saturday’s class, then I would prefer you find your 1RM Clean. Can be muscle, power, or squat. Whichever gets you to pick up the most weight)

12 min EMOM
Alternating between:
:30sec Hollow Body Hold
:30sec Arch Body Hold
:30sec Handstand Hold

“Death by Burpees”
Min 1 perform 1 Burpee
Min 2 perform 2 Burpee
Min 3 perform 3 Burpee

*Continue on until failure
