I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and took time to remember and honor those that have sacrificed their lives for us. Congrats to those that completed Murph this weekend! Looks like everyone had a great time and had some amazing times!
We have come to an end of the Russian Squat Program and it is time to test! Do not be discouraged, should today not be a PR day. I have noticed that with the amount of squatting we have done over the past 8 weeks, you all have greatly improved your squatting form, and that is something to be proud of. Form is super important when it comes to any strength training and exercise program, and it takes a lot of practice. So be proud on how far you have come!
Take these lifts seriously today. Picture yourself moving the weight, focus, breath and go. You’ve worked hard for this, let’s do it!
