Couple of Announcements!
Leah has joined our coaching team! She will be a permanent coach for Fight Tonight and will be coaching Wednesdays at 1915. Welcome Leah!
We are coming up to a long holiday weekend! We will continue to host class on Friday at 9am and Saturday at 9am. There will be no classes on Monday, May 30th.
There is a new change to our hours. We will be hosting our Saturday classes at 9am from now on.
