5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Power Snatch (75/55)
15 Abmat Situps

Scales:
Dumbell Shoulder Presses
Box HSPU (knees on box or toes on box)
10-15sec Handstand Holds against wall. 1 handstand hold for 10-15 sec.= 1 rep
HSPU to AB mat/plates
Kipping Handstand Push-ups with a slow descent to bottom position
