This Saturday, May 14, 2016, we will be hosting Nora’s Going Away WOD. Come on out and join us as we say our goodbyes by WOD-ing it out with Nora and doing all of her favorite movements.  Following the workout, Melissa and Nora will be hosting a handstand clinic! So if you are looking to improve your handstands, these ladies are the ones to go to. Even if you are still uncomfortable getting upside down, they will show you a number of drills to getting you more and more comfortable with being inverted.

Back Squat
6sets of 2reps @ 80%

WOD:
12min AMRAP
18 Box Jumps (24/20)
12 KB Power Snatches (53/35)
6 KB Shoulder to Overhead (53/35)

*The KB movements do not have to be alternating
