Athletes,

  • I will be hosting a GirlFit Team WOD practice session this Saturday, April 23 at 9am AND 11am. I encourage you to talk to your teammates and come on out together so you can practice together as a team. However, coming out to practice with others and talking strategies is definitely not going to hurt you if your teammates can’t make it. PLUS you can join the 1000 Saturday class and get a great workout in!  Talk to your teammates and be sure to get a practice session together sometime this week. I can come by to open the gym up for you all. If you want me or any of the coaches to be there to help during your practice session, please let me know!
  • I will have the gym open at 0900 if athletes would like to come in before the 1000 WOD to get their back squats in for the Russian Squat Program.
