IMPORTANT: The CrossFit room will be closed tomorrow (April 21, 2016 from 0900-2130).  We will still plan to host class outside on the PITT however if there is rain, then we will have no choice but to cancel class. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for updates.

SAVE THE DATE: The Murph Challenge will be held at Collier on May 21, 2016 at 9am. You have an option to sign up for The Murph Challenge (click here) which will allow you to compare your times with everyone in the world and get a T-shirt/tank top with your registration.  All proceeds are donated to T. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. I have made an event on our Facebook page with more information. Please check it out and join us 🙂

Yes, this was posted on Tuesday! But if you attended Tuesdays class, you know that we actually did a 15min EMOM instead due to weather issues in the morning.

Farmers Walk to other end of PITT (HEAVY: Can use Kettlebells, Dumbells, or Plates)
30 Double Unders (3:1 Single Unders)
