160418 Squats and GirlFit Workout


Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and for those of you that traveled over spring break, welcome back!  Let’s get back to training and hitting the gym hard this week.

Again, we have started the Russian Squat Program.  If you are following it, or would like to start it this week, here is link to the program: Click Me!.  We will be squatting on M,W,F/Sat.  If you have any questions with the program, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you have not heard, we have a total of 20 ladies traveling down to Busan on April 30th for a GirlFit competition.  We have made a total of 5 teams and 11 people have also registered to compete as an individual.  So today, we are going to practice the individual workout that has been released.
