This week we begin our test week!  We will be testing both strength and gymnastics movements throughout the week.  If you do not have a journaling device (either an app on your phone or a notebook), please look into getting one.  If it is easier for you to leave your journal at the gym, we can work that out.  When we repeat WODs I will begin to post the date that we had last completed the workout for you to look back on to see if there were any improvements in your fitness.
