160213 Fundamentals!


Tomorrow we will be conducting Fundamentals from 1000-1300. We will then be moving our workout to 0900.  Please spread the word!

With this workout you will have to do some math and have weight prestacked. If you are not proficient with the snatch we will keep you at 45lbs or less and you will follow the same rep scheme!

17 min time cap
40 burpees, 30 snatches (75/45 lbs)
30 burpees, 30 snatches (135/75 lbs)
20 burpees, 30 snatches (165/100 lbs)
10 burpees, AMRAP snatches (210/120 lbs)
