Hey everyone!

First off, sign up for The CrossFit Open already if you haven’t!  Whether you started last week, last month, 6 months ago, or years ago, SIGN YO SELF UP AND TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE! You will complete and suffer along with your family (your Fight Tonight CrossFit Family) the posted workouts, competing against athletes of all levels across the world. More importantly, this is the opportunity to see how far you have come in your training. You will push yourself physically and mentally, and we will be there to cheer you on through it all! The absolute very least you will get out of this competition is a new set of goals. You got this so LET’S DO THIS!
